
Ganges-Reid is a resource manager and qualitative researcher in the Economic Mobility Housing and Communities policy area. With more than ten years of experience managing business components of a portfolio of projects within the policy area, she has held various roles since rejoining MDRC in 2010. She has served as a resource manager on many projects, including the Rent Reform Demonstration, TechHire and Strengthening Working Families Initiative, and the Working Credit Study, on which she also had an operations role. Currently, she is the resource manager on the Grameen Financial Diaries study, the Economic Mobility Lab, and the Evaluation of COOP Careers, among other projects. She is a qualitative researcher on the Grameen Financial Diaries study and the Rise Up Cambridge project. Ganges-Reid holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Marymount Manhattan College and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Phoenix.
